Margaret River Wagyu Beef has an unmistakably rich and buttery flavour, a result of its highly marbled meat, stress-free lifestyle, and high-quality grain diet harvested locally from the Margaret River region. Its little wonder why Wagyu beef is widely considered “the best beef in the world”.
Of particular note, our Wagyu has relatively low levels of saturated fats and cholesterol compared to other beef breeds, and is guaranteed free of Hormone Growth Promotants, for a naturally healthy choice.
MSA Grade Rump Steak
Cut from the hindquarter with the fat cap on, this rump is more tender than most as it is MSA graded which means that it was raised and produced in accordance with the highest independent standards to give you 'guaranteed tenderness'.
Eye Fillet
Eye fillet is very lean and very tender meat. It is most impressive when roasted as a whole piece, and brilliant when sliced into thick fillet steaks and pan-fried or char-grilled.

Chicken
Australia is a multi–cultural society with different customs, traditions, and foods. Halal food does not alter the taste of the product. The Meat Cartel ranges in 100% Halal chicken. It is hand-slaughtered at our suppliers onsite by a member of the Islamic community in accordance with our tradition.
All processing complies with the NSW Food Safety Authority and the current Model Code of Practice for the Welfare of Animals – Livestock at Slaughtering Establishment.

Our Goat Curry cut comes from the premium portions of the goat. Perfect for Goat Curry. The fat in goat is quite less compared to Beef and Lamb.
